Choose the service you want to sell
Some customers want business telephony for offices and branches. Others need a contact centre, messaging, CRM, support or collections. Your platform choice should support the offering you intend to deliver.
GoDesk offers a standalone white-label PBX deployment or a white-label deployment of the full platform, including omnichannel. Branding, deployment, commercial terms and support responsibilities are agreed for the partner arrangement.
Start with a multitenant voice foundation
The provider voice platform supports separate customer environments with extensions, dialplans and carrier connections, alongside IVR, queues, routing, schedules and voicemail. Central administration gives the operator a place to manage those customer services.
Tenant billing capabilities include rate cards, destination-based call rating, historical charges, prepaid/postpaid account choices, credit controls and a separate invoice workflow. Demonstrate these around the service model you plan to offer.
Expand into connected customer operations
A full-platform offering adds omnichannel communication and customer workflows to voice. It can include sales CRM, support, collections, campaigns, workforce management, quality and reporting.
This gives a provider a broader product conversation with customers whose needs extend beyond extensions and numbers. It does not mean every customer must buy every module.
Agree responsibilities before the first launch
Clarify infrastructure, customer administration, billing, implementation, support and escalation. Validate capacity and reliability requirements for the intended deployment rather than relying on unquantified platform labels.
Begin with one customer profile and a concrete service portfolio. Decide whether PBX-only or full-platform white label is the right starting point.
